PARKER DAMON INTERNATIONAL NIGHT 2011
Mark your calendars! McT Students (and Parents) go to travel the world! during the Parker Damon International Night to be held on May 4th, 2012 @ 6pm. We will create a venue where you can see countries of the world without leaving the premises of the Parker Damon Building! You can sample international foods, visit educational exhibitions in the “Global Village”, enjoy performances by students and artistic expressions from different parts of the globe - from the USA, British Isles, Israel, Peru, China, Greece, Czech Republic, Cuba, Brazil, Zimbabwe, India, Iran, Korea and all the way to Mauritius!. Don’t miss the experience!!!
All the children will get a passport as they travel to the various countries. When their passports are filled with stamps they get a prize! Any student wishing to share a song, dance, story or other cultural entertainment should fill out and return the International Night Performance Form.
The event is free for the community. All we request you to do is bring a dish for about 10 people, for the potluck. Some suggestions are an ethnic dish from your country of origin or pizza, pasta, fruit platter or a dessert. If you have any questions please contact Preeti or Priya.
