McT Bookfair 2009
The McCarthy Towne Book Fair will be held on Friday October 30th, Monday November 2nd and Wednesday November 4th in the school lobby. Classrooms will be visiting during the day (see schedule below) and the Book Fair will be open during the Fall Social on Friday night between 6:00-8:15pm. If you would like your child to participate, please send them in with cash or a check to ‘McCarthy-Towne PTSO’ on the day of their class visit. Parent volunteers will be there to assist your child. We will also have the Classroom Library Wish List if you would like to make a purchase for your child’s classroom library. This can be done on any day the Book Fair is open.
Classroom visits are as follows (please note – this list indicates the day only and not the time)
Friday October 30th : Jen, Abby, Jean, Catherine, Vin, Nancy.
Monday November 2nd : Mariann, Robyn, Karen, Kelly, David, Heather, Tara, Cheryl, Janet, Laura.
Wednesday November 4th: Ann, Rachel, Noreen, Callie, Kerry, Kate, Caitlin.
This event is a great fundraiser for the school, a terrific way to help your teachers and great fun for the kids! If you have any questions or would like to volunteer please contact contact Julie, Pauline or Susan.
